I've been offered a 2 year exclusive contract but don't know whether to accept or not

The contract i've been offered is for 2 years. There is no money up front - I get a free portfolio and workshops. What can the catch be?

Depends on the terms (also, what's the chance another Agency would be interested = have you already done any paid modeling work for example ?)

You need to consider all elements of the contract - eg. what are the payment terms, does copyright of all images revert to you when the contract expires (& if not, what provision for usage fees) etc.

What does your Solicitor / Agent say ?

PS I hope you are aware that there are a lot of con-merchants and criminals in the 'Modeling' business - some charge you through the nose for your 'portfolio' and for all sorts of fees .. and then no work ever comes you way .. in other cases all they are after is 'glammour' photos for their porno- web sites ..
