With an engineering degree and an MBA, if your MBA is a from an okay school, then your options are endless. Take your cue from what MBA classes interested you, and go through your school's MBA recruiting to try to find a position in that area. You may need to rework your resume a bit to make it better suit your new field, but you'll find that, just after getting your MBA is one of the easier times to change career fields. Employers tend to be more open to you switching at this time - they see you as an MBA, not necessarily as an engineer.

So, what did you like in MBA school? What fields interest you?

You could be qualified to do marketing (product management) for a firm in a discipline related to your undergrad degree. Or do consulting for a consulting firm. Or get into an MBA-oriented management training program. Lots of options.

Ask yourself what you like or want and that will fit you much better than any guess that we could give you.
