I would say Jay z. I don't think he is a rap god or anything, but I like his music. But facts are facts, Jay z REALLY blew up after big and tupac died. So he basically took their fan base.
If they were alive tho, i think the rap scene would be mad crazy and tupac and biggie would shut almost everyone down except jay and nas. Since Nas is one of the most slept on and seen as second to jay, I think that is why he is underated.
He is not as commercial as jay and that helps him out A LOT.
If big and pac were alive, do you really think jay would sell as much as he has since they died??????

Pac probably has more fans than any rapper in history. hes the most popular rapper ive ever known. but i think the best rapper based on skill out of that list is Nas (not really part of the question i guess but i felt like mentioning it) unless of course u include Rakim cuz no one beats the God MC

Pac has the most followed by Jay-Z, who (and I can't believe I am writing this) has legitamately passed BIG in popularity, next is Biggie, last is NaS who is the least commercial of the 4.

Pac because if you ask someone who's the best rapper of all time this is what most will say. And I'm not saying that he is the best but a lot of people think so.

Pac, cuz he's got ton's of stans....but out of people that actually have a clue about hip hop? Nas..(not like all pac fan's are stans, just many of them) (and not like any of the others don't have stan's as well)

idk but i woul dsay Pac has the most fans because he seems to be at the top of most peoples lists. The difference is if your not a true rap fan, no ones heard of Nas
