of old clothes and toys, does anyone want them

Tam Tam, wish i could help, i am British annd i live in Germany, in the UK it was no problem to give to charity this time of year but i know little about German Charities, would be grateful if a German person could give some advice...i will deliver anywhere around Hannover

You can go to freecycle.org and list your county and list them. Then someone comes and picks them up. It is totally a free thing.

Or, Goodwill is another.

That has to be the funniest question i have seen for a long time i would think you had them all running for the cream ,well said and by the way they are 'piles ' of charity shops in every town and city .

I deliver a trailer full of used toys/clothes/shoes/household goods to the poor in central Mexico every year. If you live in Southern California, Email me and I will pick them up!

Take them to the local Chuch, or Community Services to donate, also there are boxes in some parts of the country on the side of the road that take donations.

If you register at Freecylcle.org they will hook you up with people in your area. It's a website for people who are giving away free things to avoid overloading the landfills. It's very reputable and I never posted anything that wasn't taken right away.

If they are all in good condition, I would drop them off at a shelter. They are always in need of donations, especially this time of the year!

I'm sure if you check with the local shelter in your area they will take them. Also, try churches, halfway houses. At this time of year I highly doubt they turn them down, as someone can use them for sure.
