Dropsy. Sadly, she probably will not make it and there is usually no cure for this. I'm sorry :( There are a few things you could try, like a salt bath and a variety of medications... but there is a good chance that those will not do the trick. You should put her in a seperate tank, this is dropsy and is rarely curable. I would put some cycle or stabiltiy in the main tank and get a water quality testing kit. Add some salt to the seperate tank and just hope for the best.

She is dead .... I have a female Guppy, and it have the same symptoms . I try to save it by placing in another container with medication in it. It look like it going to work for couple hour, she eat and stuff.
Next day, she is floating to top :( .
So better to separate her so it's not going to affect your other fishes if you have any there . Put some aquarium salt in your tanks every water change to keep disease away.

Sounds like dropsy - if you look at her from the top, does she look like a pine cone? This is a classic symptom of dropsy.

its most likely dropsy. unfortunitly by the time it reaches the stage of the scales poping out its normaly to late. they do make a medcation for it but its probaly to late for that now, im sorry.
