This is a suggestion, if you don't have the weights to exercise the pelvic floor muscles, you can always try the Kegel exercises.
It's like stopping the flow of urine, holding it for 10 seconds and letting go, start out with 10 reps and increase by 5 in 2 weeks.

Kegel exercise you can do them any where any time just squeeze and hold...

while sitting tense/contract the muscle. do ten reps of ten as often as possible. when complete have your BF uncontract...repeat as required!

try to stop peeing mid-flow.... thats what you need to be doing with your pelvic floor muscles.
