Anger can take many forms and can take a long time to fade, when it does I think most of us can actually sit back and look at a situation objectivley...but perhaps make the same mistake more than once. Most of us dont learn from our mistakes coz we act with instinct and impulse not insight. But most of us will face the same situation time and time again, react the same, and end up coming to the same conclusion, like a wheel that never stops turning......'What did I do that for...again '....and then be angry with ourselves coz we acted the same way once more and did not want to....However sometimes anger can have a positive affect on us and or society and can motivate us or a community to act against something that isnt right...so that others can learn a valubable lesson from out fight for justice...

Well if I learned a lesson I wouldn't be angry. I'd only be angry if I didn't learn from it.

I used to be angry, but then I realized how exhausting it was. Now I try to learn and not make the same mistakes I once did--it is hard though. Some patterns are tough to break.

Accept the lesson, and pray that I learn so it does not have to be repeated. Anger doesn't help...

Experiences and age teach the majority of us, through health, relationships, jobs, and general satisfaction in our personal lives, the consequences of holding onto resentment, anger and bitterness. When ready to rest at the end of day, pray in your heart, send anger away... We carry around enough luggage in life, no sense in keeping trash in the suitcases.
