Hi. I recently purchased a game reward card for £3.00 from game.co.uk. Before I purchased in the item description it said:

You won't receive your card for a few weeks but you'll be supplied with your Reward Card number straightaway, meaning you can start earning points immediately.

But the thing is I ordered my reward card over a week ago and I haven't being suplied with my reward card number yet? what should i do?

They can get your number in any shop from your address. I lost my card years ago but still get points added when I buy something.

Hmm. Game Reward cards certainly used to be free. However, I haven't shopped with them in a while, and looking at the website, it does seem that you have to pay for them now.
Also, I just tried to "register" my old card, and it said that the number was invalid, so perhaps the old cards have now expired?

Anyway, as for your problem: when you made the purchase, is it possible that the Reward Card number was displayed on a confirmation screen? Did you happen to save a copy of this page?

The Reward Card FAQ isn't terribly helpful, but I'd suggest you try contacting their customer services: http://www.game.co.uk/help/CustService.aspx
and hopefully they will be able to help inform you of your number, or where to find it. The card itself is probably still in the post, but if you can find out the number then you can still make purchases using it in the meantime.

Hello, I work at Game.
Go to Game.com and go through the LOYALTY section. In there you can request a new card which should be free.
When you go into the store, they can still add points to your account if you don't have the card with you. They simply look you up by your post code. The only problem there is you can;t use the points unless you have the card with you.
