I have w810i and i bought a 4gb card it works just like any other memory card. Only problem i face right now is when i try to record sound it doesnt store the amr file, it closes abruptly. Other than this issue i do not have any issues on the functionality.

i bought a 1gb here before but maxmimum according to their compatibility chart is 4gb.
