I then thank the Lord for understanding my frustration and hearing my plea for peace.....go to the bathroom and take a good hot bath and then fix myself a nice cup of tea, all the while being thankful that I had the stress and WITH STOOD IT. God is indeed good.!!!!!

after a long hard day i tend to have a hot bath with radox in then lie down and chill in front of the telly. You should try not to read anything to exciting as this will stimulate the brain. You could try a herbal relaxation tablet such as calmness (from any health shop) though try to stay clear of sleeping tablets as you could become addicted to them. If you have a partner try a massage or warm bath together then a early night

I strip off my work clothes, put on some ultra-comfy pajamas, sip on a glass of wine then lounge in bed & either nap or watch tv/movies. If I have a bf at the time then I may talk him into a little fun time to relieve some tension ;o)
