The bar tender sees you walk in and leaves you waiting for about 10 minutes and still hasn't asked what you want to drink and the bar isn't busy shes just visiting with friends instead of working, so you use your cell phone to call the bar you're at and place your order over the phone ?

Yes! It happened when friends and I went in to a bar for a "girls night only." It was a girl bartender, and she didn't give us service for about half an hour. And the bar wasn't busy! So I went right to the manager and told her what had happened telling her that we were used to getting such great service here and can't understand why we don't have that now. We got a free round of drinks and free appetizers. Don't know if that bartender kept her job though, but she was very cordial after that! But I loved your idea of calling in your order. Wish I would have thought of that!!! ♥

hahahaaha....
I have never done that and I don't drink.
But that's a good idea. I'll try when i eat at the restaurant and i haven't being served. Anyway waiting for long time is boring and upsetting. So, that would be okay to do it. It must be like punch on the face for the bartender. hahaha...

If I'm not served I take my business elsewhere. I don't bother with technology. If I was desperate I would resort to self service which might get the staff's attention.

No I haven't yet but the thought has been planted. I have been known to ask a bartender if the conversation is worth the value of my dwindling tip.

I try to avoid going into bars. Alcahol is not good for you.
neither is the smoke, and all the evil things that happen at bars. My advice to you is to stop drinking, and if you smoke, stop smoking, clean up your life, and go to church.

Good one. If I'm not served quick enough,I usually call,in a very loud voice,'Am I going ot get served or do you want me to make a fuss!'

No, I haven't had the need to do that. But it does sound like a cute idea. I might do it if I ever have to.
