For you to get in the sauna is fine, there isn't a problem with that, but your hubby does not need to be getting in. When men are in very hot conditions, like a sauna, hot tub, saoking in a hot bath, this will cause the sperm to not be as lively. and it can lessen his sperm count. This is also true with wearing tight undies. Your hubby needs to be wearing boxers. Hope this helps! Good Luck and baby dust!!!

Giving birth to a new life is indeed a blessing which almost every woman would wish to have. How to get pregnant naturally https://tr.im/RoQ8Y
Enjoying the feeling of motherhood and raising a family would surely be a couple’s dream. Some get it naturally, while for some others things don’t seem to work as they desire. These reasons which stop a women from conceiving can be due to either physical reasons or truly physiological.

I would be more concerned if it was your husband using extreme heat. There are undocumented forms of male birth control called "heat baths" that slow down the swimmers. This has never been fully proven but I would keep your husband out of hot showers or baths or hot tubs especially.
As far as you go, nothing documented or noted

It's not, if you become pregnant and you don't know that you are. It's hard to tell before you are 4wks along. Most women don't know until at least 4wks, and you don't want to harm your baby. Before ovulation is ok, but after ovulation is risky.

Also, if your husband uses the sauna, it can decrease his sperm count.

Typically, when trying to conceive, a man should keep his body temperature lower to protect the sperm. I don't know about any problems a woman may encounter.
