Names with an "A" sound in the middle will flow well with the starting "A" sound in Allan.
Something like:
Bailey Allan
Brady Allan
Chad Allan
Chance Allan
Chase Allan
Dale Allan
Francis Allan
Harry Allan
Hamish Allan
Isaac Allan
Jack Allan
Jake Allan
James Allan
Jamie Allan
Kade Allan
Kale Allan
Lance Allan
Malcolm Allan
Matthew Allan
Maxwell Allan
Patrick Allan
Samuel Allan
Zachary Allan

Or, if you don't like those, commonly liked combinations are:
Caleb Allan
Connor Allan
Jacob Allan
Joseph Allan
Robert Allan
Timothy Allan

Hope that helps! :)

Most boy first names will go with Allan as a middle name, but I would try to avoid first names that END with vowel sounds...You don't want to use Anthony Allan, Isaiah Allan, and you might want to avoid first names that END in an "L" sound like Michael or Daniel.

Kenneth Allan, classy, Kenneth means handsome, and not a made-up name like some we hear. Actually, this was my brothers name, and he was very happy with it! Be careful of your last name initial, though, ie; K.A.? Can't think of too many bad ones, though, good luck, and congrats!
