Yes... you noticed that for a while I was saying "in answer to your question"... I was violated too! It made me feel so sad, just about ruined my week! I don't get po'ed very often but when I do... I don't even want to be around! Quite a few of the postings here could be violated at any time, sad but true! Just look at the question today that went back months... Geez laweeeez!
Just for the record... I always enjoy your questions, and I'm glad if you can't be fishing your here with us! Sorry Dear!

I believe that phrase is saying that most people have HAD same-sex attractions but that you can choose whether or not to act upon them--where as some never do act because it is against the bible or their religion. Basically they're trying to say that being homosexual is a choice, and that you don't have to act on those feelings. You can apparently live an heterosexual life and "forget" about those feelings.

Oh yes, I learned the hard way to be sure I phrased it as a question. They also worry a lot about people chatting, which seems crazy. People who frequently use Yahoo Answers grow acquainted with others and make comments (chat). You'd think they would encourage users instead of harass them. You can bet they get more money from advertisers if more people use Yahoo Answers.
Fisherman.... please continue to offer your jokes. You always give me a good laugh. Can you do it by saying "Have you hear the one about.....?" Then we can say "No, I've never hear that one."

I don't ask that many questions, cause I never know what kind of trouble I'll wind up in. Shoot, even answering some of them can get you a violation, if someone don't like your answer.

Don't worry about it. If you are on your way to the next level, just be careful what you say, and who you answer. And go to another section, that you are familiar with, and can answer questions. I'm not saying the word, but it is usually the people, who take it upon themselves, to feel that they are the "unappointed moderators", and of course T's. I'll put my line open and you can email me, I can give you some info about go casts out lines, to catch the big fish.

Even when I post a joke, I somehow do it by asking a question. It seems pretty foolish that his is a violation but I have seen people rant about something when there is no question.
It's easy enough to make up a question like "Do you believe...... ?"
What ever............

I've spent too many years talking over the web to be sloppy with my grammar. Once you get really good at typing itself, it's a lot easier to think about things like whether your questions are phrased as questions.
