If you are married and you wanted to have sex but your partner didn't and you forced yourself on them- even though they said to stop- is that still rape?

It is still rape as it is unconsential. But i think that there is loop hole in a western country that states if a woman says yes but then says no during sex, it is not rape. Where are here (Scotland) it is considered rape if the woman says no at any time and the act isn't stopped.
P.S. This is a very worrying question to be asking

Rape is rape, and no means no. It used to be that in common law (the law that originated in England) that a man could not rape his wife because that was part of the "contract" of marriage. That law was abolished (can't remember the year), but now, the states recognize marital rape, and that particular aspect of the common law no longer applies. Any type of forced sex is rape, no matter the relationship between the people.

Yes, it's still rape. And to be honest, it's even worse than if a stranger raped her because at least then it would be something she didn't know. When a woman gets raped by her husband, it's even more hurtful and traumatic because you don't expect that kind of treatment from someone who says they love you! She needs to get help and seek a divorce.

The truest way to find out is to announmiously contact your towns police department and inquire. Every state has their own policy on this. I will say that nobody, even if they are husband and wife should force you to anything. No means no all over the world.

Yes. Being a woman does not give someone the right to force themselves on another person against their will. It is wrong.

Well, if you are looking at it from a legal stand point the answer is yes, but if you look at it from a biblical stand point, the answer is definately no, as long as there is no physical violence involved. (Now I know I will recieve a lot of low ratings, but who can argue with the word of God? Certainly not I!!)
