This has been going on for over a year. Sometimes I am fine, other times I feel terrible. I get head congestion, ear aches and a terrible cough. It's like i have the flu, then not. I am not stressed at all. Blood pressure is normal.

I went to the doctor for the flu, got some penicllin and that didn't seem to help much. Eventually, the flu symptoms dissappeared somewhat. They return on and off.

PLEASE, help!!!

Hey sound like you go an inner ear problem. This will cause dizziness, and nausea. You need to go see a ear, nose, throat doctor. They can give you some medicine. Good luck.

I agree with the RN about the neurologist. They'll probably send you for specialized testing. I'm an audiologist and I do testing on dizzy patients and the whole first part of the testing is "eye" exercises. I'd be curious to see how you perform on that test. The test battery is called ENG or VNG.

First, see an eye doctor.
Then, if no help, see a neurologist.
