2) you stick to one section

3) you answer a lot in that section, and get a lot of best answers

First you need to answer question in one place stick with it like in polls and surveys, pets, dogs, you name it stick with the one that you like and enjoy more and you have more knowledge about, and then just answer your maximum of question everyday, for about a month and i will assure you that you Will have your top contributor Bach they pick top contributors every Monday morning, so be ready to answer as many questions as you can, and one of this days you will have it i had mine but i lost it like two weeks ago because you need to be answering a lot of questions all the time to keep the batch you stop answering questions every day you will loose it hope that helped by the way i got my Bach in about 3 weeks and make sure that you at least have 15% of best answers GOOD LUCK!!!

O by the way it don't matter what level you are in because many people answer questions in different categories and are in level 7 and still not a top contributer that don't matter as long as you are in level 2 and have at least 15% i was berley in level two wen i got mine but i got to be honest i don't miss it i can still so the same without it i love dogs so i have fun answering question of dog owners wenever i get time no matter what but that was bef because now i only come here to answer or ask once in a great great while i have no time anymore.But then you are good to go but i think it don't matter if you are a top contributer or not you still enjoy answering questions and get the same priviliges as well.

All I had to do was ASK a lot of questions in 1 category & I got one, but as soon as I quit asking lots of questions I lost it... Good luck! I think as long as you contribute (ask or answer) A LOT in 1 certain category you will get one.
