He will be 2nd. Contrary to spin, Bush was legally elected. He was merely the 2nd (or at mostly 3rd) to get most electoral college votes without getting the most popular votes. Even though he was good in many areas, the fact he has been disappointing in other areas is a separate issue.

I think that it would be the first time that a republican was elected legally. Bush was given the presidency by the courts. When they recounted the votes Gore won Florida. I also think that there were voting disparities in Ohio during the 2004 elections. Officials turned away African Americans who historically vote democrat.

No, it will be the second president and the third term. You may find that if you read the constitution and learn a little about government you may also possibly learn what this country is about.

I see you are still Gored...lol...what an old washed up argument...the NY times and Washington post both said bush won fl in 2000 based on their recounts after the fact...had gore had the good sense to accept defeat the country wouldn't have such acrimony between the left and right now...move on dude.

No, George W. Bush was legally elected in 2004. Why would you question that? It was the 2000 election that was in question.
