I guess it is both in my life. I just got an unexpected check and he's a hero! Income tax refunds save the day some years, especially if I spent too much at Christmas!
Most of the time, money is a villian. This bad guy keeps me from doing a lot of things I want to do. He has taken my time and effort, then the bills come in and he just leaves me suddenly, without even a 'Goodbye'! He's heartless!
Live well and do good. Thanks for answering!

Both villian and hero. It stresses me out as a villian and when I get paid it becomes my hero.

I have enough to pay my bills, so it's a hero. But because I have to worry if I'll always have enough, then it's a villain in disguise.
