I'd love to wear skinny jeans, and it would be easier to tuck them into boots, but I'm a little paranoid as I'm curvy and size 8/10.

If there are curvy girls wearing skinny jeans please recommend a store, eg is Old Navy any good or are Dynamite's skinny jeans better?

I wasn't out there to offend anyone!! By curvy I mean, shaped like an hour glass, larger chest and bottom, smaller waist - I am not calling anyone fat alright. I'm referring to my body type.

sure i wear size 10 and i love wearing skinny jeans with my boots you just have to know your beautiful no matter what

Yeah, they look best on curvy girls and skinny girls. But I think if you have a muffin top, no hips, and/or no butt, you should wear straight leg jeans which look very similar.

I'm a size 0, and look good in skinny jeans. My best friend is a size 8/10, she looks amazing in skinny jeans. However, she is 5'9, and I am 5'1.
Therefore, I think you're either short and thin-ish, or tall/average to curvy, you can pull them off.
If your short and curvy, it may not be the greatest idea.

You bet we can. I am short and curvy and I wear skinny jeans all the time. There are some things that will help your look stay slim and sleek!
Wear them with either heels or boots with a heel. They don't have to be super high......but just enough.
Wear a nice fitted jacket up top. A tunic would also look very nice.

i am curvy myself, size 12 and I personally look awful in them. So as a rule i say it is a don't. I am also short and look way better in trouser and bootleg styles.
However, my size 0, curvy sister in law, looks fantastic in them. She's tiny but curvy. skinny ankles make your hips look bigger than they are which is further aplified by tucking them in boots.
if you think you look nice in them, that's all that matters.

depends on how "curvy" you are and how tall you are.
a size 8/10 on a 5'0" girl is big not curvy.
how do you carry your weight?if you are well proportioned you might be able to look good in skinny jeans.i say if you are apprehensive dont do it try straight leg jeans and fold the excess fabric over at the ankle
skinny jeans just arent flattering on most girls

im a lil curvy too and i wear skinny jeans, i either wear them with ballet flats or ugg boots, if you want to wear them, then you should wear them!

Um, I don't think it's a good idea, but I guess it depends on how tall you are. They might make you look bigger. I know people in that size and it would definitely not look good on them.

It wouldnt be smart. try finding jeans that ar tighter aorund your ankles though to tuck em in

i see curvy girls wear skinny jeans all the time but honestly i dont think it looks good on them. it emphasizes the curves but not in a good way. they are tight so everything is visable and its very unpleasant. steer clear from skinny jeans
