I would look for the sneeze guard and wonder why he wasn't doing his job.

I would say something. OHH trust me.
First I would look at them with a face of disgust.
Second, I would go up to the person and ask them to not sneeze by the salad bar again. N I would give them a sermon on germs and the staff infection.
lol.
Just kidding. I would do number one and forget about the salad

I would bring it to the attention of the manager, and I would expect that the food be replaced immediately, and that he give the sick person a gift certificate for a free meal, but he would need to leave now because his sneezing is a health hazzard.

I'd hope he/she had the common decency to cover his/her mouth and turn away. But I still wouldn't be eating from the salad bar that day.

Either leave the restaurant or atleast order off the menu.And warn others not to eat the salad either.

Ew. Hopefully they would be polite enough to turn their heads or walk away.
I would not get any food that someone had sneezed on... that's disgusting.
