How do I determine the IMAP address on an Exchange server?

I have a user who wishes to have his Iphone connect to our Exchange server from anywhere using IMAP. I confirmed that the IMAP service is indeed running on the Exchange Server. My question is, how do I deternine what the incoming and outgoing mail server names are in this case?

The server address is the same address, it doesn't matter what connection is used. So the server name should also be the same unless you specifically set DNS for the exchange server and entered an A record and MX records.
