I agree that the stage-by-stage inspections were probably done and that a full inspector isn't needed now... but what IS needed is YOU doing a full walk-thru with the builder before you agree that THEY are done..... way too often there are things that aren't quite perfect that you don't see until the builder is down the road and gone.... and just TRY getting him back to fix it once he's left!!.... things like , are the right lights installed?... the painting done well?.. right colors?... good primer?....doors on the cabinets straight?... will doors shut right, hang right, close by themselves?...do all the appliances run, do any leak, shimmy, clang?..... closets finished?... flooring laid GOOD?.... no lumps in the carpet, or cracks in the tiles?... around the corners and edges, especially.... under the house, are pipes labeled , visible, reachable?.... where's the list for the circuits on the power box?... where's the water shut off for the house?.... check railings for tight.... go thru alone first and check and be a nit-picker.... make a list.... then take the builder thru and show it all to him.... ask what he's gonna do about it and be happy with what he offers or don't be and expect the things to be fixed before they get the final payments...........don't ever buy that "I'll come back out next month after you've settled in and we can see about it then....".... you'll play hail getting anyone back, ever.................

When you say an inspection by a Home Inspector, like the ones used when you purchase a home? I am thinking that is what you are asking. No, No,, Why would you need one. When your house was being built It was inspected at different stages by the Building Insp, plumbing and electrical inspectors, Before any wall board or plumbing or electric can be covered with insulation it has to be inspected. Then when everything is done all the inspectors do a final inspection and the fire department inspects the smoke and CO2s and he signs off. Before any one can move in the occupancy certificate is given to the owner. You have a brand new house with brand new stuff, what has to be inspected and what could you ask him. The only times Home Inspectors are used is to check for any condition of an older house being sold. This is done by the buyer. If some discrepancies are found they can request them to be repaired before passing of papers. Once the papers are passed, all those little things that weren't found are now the new owners babies. They could try to go after the home inspector. Good Luck.....So the answer is you don't need a home inspection.

If we leave a householder with a Watchtower or conscious mag, then when we come lower back we are able to communicate what they imagine about what change into suggested contained in the mag. And if we detect pastime there we attempt to commence a bible learn contained in the e book What Does the Bible somewhat educate, this is a thoroughly Bible depending e book that facilitates to respond to many questions that individuals have with regards to faith immediately. We examine a financial ruin of the householder's decision (relying on what their pastime is) and then we ask questions and help them discover the solutions from the Bible. so some distance as "updating" we bypass lower back each and anytime and evaluation what we suggested some days before and then we are able to better than probable bypass on to a sparkling problem and etc. etc.

Hope you had your primary inspections before having your final inspection. They will be asking for those signatures before going any further. That would be your foundation, framing and more. Not to mention the permit hanging somewhere for them to see it.
