I have a really nice bathtub but the water drains too quickly. Even if the drain is plugged it drains. It takes forever to fill up but is not even worth it because it doesnt last. Can anyone give some tips on how I can keep the water in the tub? Do I need to buy something? Please and thank you!

the problem with your drain is that it leaks at the outside edges of the drain.[the piece your plug goes into]. That piece needs to be removed and resealed properly. Its not too difficult to do it yourself. With needle nose pliers put them in the X at the bottom and turn counterclockwise to loosen when that piece comes out you simply apply sealant where it was ,and then reinstall. Use plumbers putty as a sealant or something similar
