Lists are important yet considering which you assert which you have sturdy organizational skills, you're probable looking above that. in case you seem having issues remembering specifics once you're overloaded, meditation facilitates. Scheduling it slow to stay away from a unexpected cluster of activities could be your answer. once you recognize you're having a hectic day, make an effort to set time till now the busy day to bypass over each and every tiny element. Write each and every thing down, (i understand its loopy yet i'm taken with each and every element.) What has labored ultimate for me is incredibly scheduling each and every minute of the day and reviewing it consistently.

I couldn't find the keys to the car or to the house, so I was stuck in the house for 2 days because I couldn't leave, the keys were hanging in the lock in the front door...all day...all night..for 2 days.
I picked up lunch for a friend and she needed help getting into the front seat, so I opened the door for her and then got in my side, we were driving merrily down the road until I realized the stuff that was obscuring my vision was the lunch that I had left on the roof of my car.

One day a few years ago I went to the grocery store . I put the order in the trunk of my car and went home. I forgot about those groceries. One day some weeks later, I opened the trunk to put something in it and what a mess! I had to throw out the forgotten groceries. What a waste of food and money! I never again put the groceries in the trunk .

The combination to the safe at the company where I worked. The money had to be distributed to different departments at the dealerships. I hid out in the files storage attic for almost an hour before I finally remembered it.

Today some days: to that meat for dinner, to look at the calendar to see what appointments we have for the day, too many other things to list them all.

Well, once when I was loading groceries into the back seat, I put my purse on the roof of the car. I forgot all about it and drove off. People were honking and waving, I had no idea why I had become so popular . . . until I was at a stop sign and someone rolled down their window and told me about my purse. Thank goodness I'm not a fast driver!

The most important things I forget are people's names. When I meet someone whom I know but forget their name, I am very embarrassed. It is really irritating but I know it happens a lot.
