I really hate to admit it, but I've noticed this too to a certain extent. People are pretty sh*t in general...the only difference between the races is how it is done. Blacks will tell you off right to your face. If you piss off a white person, you're on their ish list until they feel like taking you off (if ever). They may not suck their teeth and roll their eyes, but they will get you back in a more sophisticated way (i.e. causing you to lose your job instead of beating you up). And don't ever make the mistake of thinking that they've forgotton something either...they never forget. Just because they don't say anything doesn't mean that they've forgotten. They're just waiting for the right moment to slide in a snide comment or something else. I am not racist because people of all races are pretty awful. People in general are terrible. The only difference between the races is how things are made manifest. And this is how a lot of whites operate because they've gotten me before and you don't know why they are angry with you or what you've done to piss them off (it could be something as innocent as speaking your mind or not allowing them to publicly degrade you or your people). It doesn't matter what you did, the fact remains that once you're on their ish list, things will go downhill for you from there.

I know I may get flack for saying this but the internet proves what I am saying as the truth. The majority if people in the US are white which means that the majority of internet users (U.S.) are white. Peruse the internet for awhile, even peruse Yahoo! Answers for awhile and see all of the nasty snarky comments that people make and say when hiding behind their computers...things that they don't have the guts to say in public. Cyberbulling and harassment have driven people to suicicde and it just isn't kids either. I remember a case where middle aged people drove a 13 year old girl to suicide online. So this proves that the venom is out there even though you may not see it in real life until it is too late. The cruelty and desire to degrade anything different is out there and if you don't play by their man-made rules, then it is over for you.

And if that's how you lost your job you should of had some back bone and stood up against the lies. Stop blaming everyone else for you being fired, I'm sure there was more to it than that. Most companies will investigate problems or accusations before firing anyone, they have to cover their butts.

Well, speaking as a "white" person, I would never set up anyone else or lie about them. I've never done that and never will. I also don't appreciate you grouping me into a lying and set-up category based on my race. That's a racist comment. I've been lied about at work, and got in trouble, based on what another white person said about me that wasn't true. how about being angry that anyone lied about you and you got fired instead of making it about white people?
