When you press those buttons, this image comes up right?

But there is supposed to be more buttons where I have scribbled at the top, some reason they have gone. I have turned off my computer and restarted it several times but I can't get it back. What do I do?

Press Ctrl Alt Del, couble click anywhere by the boarder of the window, almost at the gray background, this will being you back to the full mode.

When I press Ctrl+Alt+Del I get the Task Manager which shows which programs are running and if a program is not responding.
Go direct to MS for help on the Task Manager.
