My washing machine seems to have a problem. The space between the inner drum and the outer drum seems to be clogged with some clothes. Any help on how I can remove these?

tilt the tub to the side [push it] remove what you can keep working around till there out, the top can be lifted , look at the crack along the front, about 1 or 2 inches in fron the outer edge theres a clip, a putty knife will fit into the crack, poke till you find the clip, then shove in the clip should come loose, do this on both sides, then the top should tilt up to the back, it wont fall off, it has clips holding it on in the back, then you can see around the tub,

if you take the cap off the center of the drum there's a nut that holds the inner drum in place, remove the nut and you should be able to remove the inner drum you will probably have to take the top off the machine to do that though its best to hire repair man though, so that you don't cause other damage, and they should guarantee their work as well.
