When I left Alaska with my dogs, we moved to West Virginia where there was snow also. As it started disappearing, my dogs peed on the snow that was left. Untill there was just little patches of yellow snow everywhere! Then it was gone and they had to adapt. I think they were real happy to see the snow again the next year.

when we first moved to where it snows, they were a little cautious. My female does her business and gets back in the house,my male dog loves it. He likes to play in it, and when we make a snow ball and throw it, if he catches it, he eats it, if he misses it, he will go in circles looking for it. It is so hilarious

My dog loves it too! She's so cute, she literally bounces around in it.
My cat on the other hand is an indoor cat so she doesn't actually go IN the snow, but she loves watching it fall.

Or dog, Bud, likes it, too. He hates the rain, but who doesn't it? He loves to chase the shovel. So clearing the driveway is like taking two steps forward and three steps back with him around.

my dog will go out in the snow and get all riled up.
If there are drifts he will stick his head into the drifts and get a neat row of pup heads all along the drift.
He really loves it if you get out a laser and play with him in the snow.
