Is it possible to have a recycle bin on a Flash Drive?

I was just wondering. Some crazy guy said it was possible, but I don't believe him. Help?

So far as I know, when you delete a file from a flashdrive, it's gone. Here are a couple articles you might find interesting.

I think it's using your recycle bin like external HDD does, so no.
