Donate it to your local Fire Department for use in their fire fighting training.
It is a win-win situation: You can use it for a tax deduction and they get to use a real mobile home to train with.
Another way is convert it to a storage shed and maybe work shop.

It costs an average of $1000 to move a mobile home.
If you burn it as some have (jokingly?) suggested, the fire department will charge you for the run, and it will have a negative impact on your insurance, hehehe... However, you might be able to donate it to the fire department for them to use as a training exercise.
More serious suggestions would be to list it on a site like your local FreeCycle.org, or Craig's List. But be sure to make it clear whoever takes it is responsible and liable for the cost and move.
Donation is a good idea, but you have to make certain the organization has the means of removing the home from your site (unless you plan on donating that too).
A lot of farmers can make use of the steel frame, for wagons.... but because these mobile homes run on 'donut wheels', more and more states are ruling them out for use on the highways.
If it has metal siding and roof, then yes, a large portion can be sold as scrap... the metal exterior, the copper wiring, even the steel frame. But it is also going to leave a lot of trash... old lumber (too small for standard building), insulation, plumbing, etc. So, IF you let someone disassemble it on your site, make sure you have it in writing, WITH A BOND, that they will remove ALL of it. A bond (make them put money in an escrow account, for example) will help make certain they really intend to go thru with total removal. Make it a serious amount, but not so much they can't afford to put it up...the idea is to keep them from walking away from an unfinished job.
Good Luck

There are many recycling programmes around, but be careful if you want the full value of your mobile to go to a good cause, as there are many unscrupulous companies who only give a small fraction of the proceeds to good causes, but market their scheme on the basis of this charitable benefit. I would advise going directly to a charity scheme such as Whizz Kids or Cancer Research as many of them have schemes where they get most of the proceeds of the phone value. You should be aware that even a very old phone is likely to be refurbiished and resold for profit in emerging markets like India and Africa, rather than be broken up and recycled, but at least when this happens in a charity scheme, the charity benefits. You could also take it back to where you bought it. Under the EU WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive) which came in to UK law in July 1st, any manufacturer or distributor must be part of a take back scheme and has a legal responsibility to take back and recycle consumer's old equipment. The third option is to take it to your local authority tip or waste facility, which will have an electronic goods disposal facility, although if you throw in a mobile phone, I suspect it'll be on Ebay the next day courtesy of the tip staff!

It will be hard toi sell because it does not meet current code.
If you are l;ooking to get a new one or to build a home on the lot, you may be able to use it as a trtade in. You will not get anything for it in trade, but at least the dealer or builder will remove it.
What state are you in? Each state has its own regulations concerning resell or disposal of the home.

If you can find someone that will haul it off for free that would be great if not its gonna cost some money be careful some people will tell you that they will demolish it for free on site or charge you a fee and after they get the aluminum off they are gone so don't pay in advance and if they are doing it free this could happen its best to get some body to move it even if you have to pay
