a rape on my 19th b-day
loss of my son at 20 mos
getting hit by a speeding car and catapulting 20 ft
loss of my son is the most painful of all.

Physical.....growing pains...agh i hate being 14
emotional...... So sad
Spiritual............scary and sad
I think the worst in emotional and Spiritual
Emotional is that life can be sad and pain full but we have to stop looking back and trying to look in front of us and just live 4 the day.
I am still working on it my self
Spiritual.... Can be so hard as well ,,More to some people then others. Like u may feel a hole in u that needs to be filled by putting ur trust in some one with a higher power then u but some people are not sure Who to put that trust in.
I be live in God but whether u be live in God too. Or in some other god you most likely will feel that longing for a friend to trust at lest once in ur life!

For those of you who haven't seen the movie, June Carter wrote Ring of Fire over her broken heart for Johnny Cash. She said "It burns!" meaning the pain in her heart. This was before they got married. Heart pain is the worst. And there's many kinds. The kind when you lose a pet, lose your love, or are longing for a love you can't have. I would take physical pain over that any day.

Mental and verbal is the worst because it destroys your spirit and your self esteem . You carry the pain and mental scares for much longer.
Physical hurts and gives you fears for a long time.
Heart break make you leary to love again.
Edit: #1 loosing a loved one. I have to agree on that for most painful.

#1 Childbirth-super painful but so worth it!!!!!!
#2 physical abuse-it hurt more mentally just knowing that someone "I" loved could hurt me in such a manner.
#3 my family not getting along. I hate when we argue, to me it's not worth it. I just answered a question about Christmas and families fighting, my gift to my family is love and understanding throughout the year. Life is too short to be fighting all the time.

Period Cramps. Shatters Knee Cap and You kno the stairs in the old Exisorcist? I got pushed down those while me friends were at the bottom and there was nobody up on the top of the stairs with me.

Emotional pain...when my mom died, or when I found out I had been cheated on. That has to be the worst.
I'd rather deal with physical pain any day.

Sharp pain, numbing pain, dull; aggravating; achy pain
and the Sharp pains are not as bad as the dull ones like hangover headaches

I'm w/Yummy ~ I've had physical pain (childbirth), devastating heartache (divorce) & loss of a son (can't even explain the pain...) losing my son is far worse than anything I can imagine. (he was 22 when he died) but don't be sad ~ I have peace and will see him once again in Heaven -
