question2: should we have the cyberspace laws regarding to minors and adults at socialnetworking sites like?

myspace or facebook? because it looks like the laws we have now aren't working thanks

i don't really know what made 13 yeard girl's mother to create a fake profile for her daughter. sound very strange, and weird and very suspicious

They already exist, but can not be enforced. Anyone below 13 can check that they are 18 and go on about registering. There's no actual cyber-police man that can physically see who is registering and using the service.
