in Management or related field. i don't have time to study for GMAT and want to apply for the next quarter. Any suggestions, what coarse can land me into a decent job

The GMAT is required for all UC MBA programs, and Berkeley and UCLA in particular are extremely difficult to enter. I think you might want to go to a program noted above, such as a business certificate program. What kind of job are you seeking? And you apply for an MBA now for entry next fall. Could you provide more information?

I suggest you check out the certificate programs offered through UC Extension courses. They are taught by real professionals. I took the courses for Human Resources and earned the Professional Designation in Human Resources Management at UCLA.. Great programs, get the catalog.
