If you could go back and change anything financially (realistically) in the past 20 years of your life, what would you change and why?
This is for an assignment and my professor requires contact information to make sure we actually asked. If you'd put your age, name, and e-mail, I would GREATLY appreciate it! Thanks!!

I didn't ask for the WHOLE name. I just need something to go by for my class so my silly professor doesn't think I am full of crap. THANKS.

I would not have left the position I had in '88 just for a promotion. Had I remained there I would not have been the recipient of a RIF...would have stayed and if still there would have had 35 yrs...a great amount of years to retire from government on....as it was I opted for an appointee position and lost out...Now have Soc. Sec. and limited income on a job I took last year. My age is 65..no name and no email address...much too personal to provide.

Things have gone pretty well for my husband and I, wouldn't change a thing. What I would change is losing my husband to a horrible cancer at the age of 58, last April! I am 70.
You can e-mail us by going to the profile page, you do it through Y?A, so no problems.

Not a whole lot, planning for retirement starts much earlier than that -- you can never afford to do what you'd like to do.

I'd be happy to help, dear, but I don't post my email on any forum.
