No. It would only lead to people giving people thumbs down to get back at eachother instead of paying attention to the quality of their answers.

If we were able to see them a lot of people wouldn't be giving them. They definitely wouldn't be abusing them. I don't think we should necessarily be able to see them but there should be away to see who is abusing the system.
