Here is a link to what time it is right now. This mother is accruate within 0.3 seconds. You will have the time at the click of a mouse, and you wont need to divert your eyes down to that small *** clock in the bottom right corner of your screen.

First, you need to know in which time zone you are. Next, you need to know your longitude. From your time zone, you deduce the UTC time (time at the Greenwich observatory near London, England). You divide your longitude by 360 and multiply by 24. That will give you your LHA (Local Hour Angle). You then add that to the UTC time and you will find your local time. Of course, it will be different from the time you can see on your clock. But the latter is only a convention decided by your government while your local time is the true time, i.e. the time at which you can expect the sun to bear true south at midday.
