Mostly dark olive, brown.

When I lived down there they ran the spectrum: All the way from being Red and blond haired of Castilian Spanish orgin. To the classic dark haired from the Southern Spain due to the years of the Moorish occupation of Southern Spain, to brown of American Indian orgin. to black of the slaves brought in from Africa.
