True and False. There are just under 100 naturally occurring elements (92 I think). If you include lab synthesized or transuranic elements, there are over 100.

true but once you get past the lower 90's these are called transuranium elements and have been created artificially in a particle accelerator .. its like firing lumps of play doh at each other at very very high speeds - sometime stuff happens... mostly they exist for nanoseconds and then explode again....
