Me and my fiance have had sex while she's not having her period, she missed it one month and started spoting but she's having symptoms of being pregnant is there a way her hormonal inbalence is hiding her being pregnant.

pregnacy test come back negative but she's still spoting.

Best way to be sure is the simplest.
Use a home pregnancy test to be pretty certain.
If she'd past due date for deriod it's around 99.9% accurate.
If it's +Ve, she should talk toa doc for a blood test to confirm

Yes and no. Her "hormonal imbalance" may be due to pregnancy. :) If she's missed her period, or that last spoting only lasted a day or two, have her take a test.

u can have spotting while pregnant..take a test
