I was obsessed with makeup as a teenager. Putting it on, taking it off, trying out this makeup and this eyeshadow and this blush and this lipstick and that one. I think lots of teens spend a lot of time looking in the mirror. Now, in my old middle age, I can make up my face without even looking. I just make a quick check before I leave to see if I smeared anything.
