lynx, synthesise, rye (although that includes an 'e', the y is still used as a vowel), eye, lyre, dye

also you could have words like cry, my etc, but whether or not they're being used as a vowel in the sense that nearly all words have a vowel to stop you from sounding like an idiot trying to pronounce a load of consonants, i don't know whether they're what you're looking for.
