i am 13 years old, 5"2 and just over 9 stone. i really want to loose weight so that i can fit into nice close and so that i am not being called. if possible i would like to be between 7 and 8 stone. could any one plz tell me what to eat n how i can cut down on "fatty" foods.
& i dont want any one telling me stupid things like stop eating.

I would eat healthy nutritious foods ( organic when you can), avoid eating anything white (sugar, flour, rice & fast foods & sodas), drink lots of water. I would start to exercise, walk, run, swim, dance & take some yoga & slowly your pounds will disappear. :)

just try cutting down on what you eat. it does work but it might be hard at first limit your junk food limit pop and keep track on how much calories you eat a day. try drinking more water and go on a walk for about a half hour a day good luck
