I've been working out for about two months now. Everyday an hour, on the bicycle, and with that I lose 600 kcals. I look a bit skinnier now. The problem is
I weigh differently everyday. Yesterday I weighed 48.5 kgs, but today I weight 51. It can't be 3.5 kgs of liquid...
Do I have a problem, like an imbalance or something?

It is normal to have weight change from day to day and even throughout the day because of how much we eat for example, but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
