Yes, I thought nothing in the world could hurt so much, then Anna Nicole Smith died and I thought I would die too.

Then Paris Hilton went to jail and I spent the afternoon tearing hair out of my head and speaking in tongues.

Then when Brittney Spears shaved her head I had thoughts of blinding myself like Oedipus.

And when Lindsay Lohan had her auto accident I almost hacked off my johnson with a rusty knife.

Why should you or anyone should be sad just because Princess Diane is dead? One must remember on is not IMMORTAL. One who is born one must die and that is the law of almighty. One must learn to live with sadness and happiness. Both goes hand in hand. Life and Death is part of one journey in to this world. You pass this way once therefore make most of it and do not dwell in sadness or happiness. Life is for living and loving.

Real sad? No. It's been 10 years and I've accepted that she's gone. I think it's a shame she left so suddenly and was killed in the prime of her life with her children so young, but I don't get sad over it anymore than I would over someone else I don't know in the same circumstances.

Not any more. I accept it. She lived a risky life and it finally caught up with her. It was an unfortunate accident. Sorry her boys miss her company. I don't imagine Camilla ever grieved much. Nor Charles, to tell the truth. Few if any scruples in that sorry lot, it seems to me. Hope Wills and Harry make more of their lives, but of course the die is often cast by ones family and social position.

Feel sad for all the other 37 year old mothers with 2 children who died on that day and never got a mention.

No, not really I never knew her personally. But, I feel sorry for her sons, Harry is my age and I could not imagine not having my mother especially for important things in our lives like graduation, wedding, first born etc. The best thing we could do is just dust off our shoes, make the world a better place and move on.

It is always sad when a person dies before having lived a full lifespan. While I don't particularly understand people's fascination with Diana, and it certainly doesn't have any specific emotional impact on me, the circumstances are sad.

To be honest, I was eight when she died, and was far more concerned over the fact my great grandmother had died Easter that year and at 8, having some royal woman getting all the attention made me angry that somebody should feel one person's life was better than another's.

And why can't people leave her alone? She died over ten years ago. Let her rest in peace.

Are you older than 10? Do you feel REAL SORRY for Queen Victoria, she died too, and poor old Cleopatra (remember that nasty business with the asp, and all...so sad). Diana has been gone for more than ten years, the world has moved on, and so should you.

that's Princess Diana. confident, she truly did die in a vehicle crash on 31 August 1997. there's a grave. that's like a cleansing soap opera; in no way assume somebody's lifeless until there's a physique. yet wager what: there is one. She's buried in Althrop Park.
