Cram Session!! All you have to do is make it into something you enjoy doing. For example if you like music, try putting it into a song. Whatever it takes just make it enjoyable. As far as concentrating, get away from everything. Go where there is nothing around to distract you. Hope you do great!!

You are on the right track with the olive oil if all you want to do is basically bake (roast) chicken in the oven. It is good to also add a pinch of salt and a little pepper. At this point you have basic roast chicken, and you can personalize by adding whatever you feel would make the dish taste better. Tomatoes are good. Preheat oven. Bake at 375 degrees F until internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 or more.... which should take about 40-45 minutes if all you have is a few breasts or thighs. Meat should be white on the inside. Pyrex dishes work good too for baking the chicken in. It is unnecessary to cover the chicken with foil--the olive oil will help it retain it's moisture.

My suggestion make a game out of it. You could use index cards and make a trivia pursuit thing out of it, get someone eles to play/help. you learn better when you are relaxed and having fun. Good luck.
