The line is drawn at common sense and decency. and self control.
If they lack that, then as a member of society it is my duty to help show him that line.
No one is an Island unto themselves.
It is true that it is the parents responsibility to protect their children therefor...say good nite dummy.

If god answers prayers, as in helps someone achieve something, then god must be interfering with either the mental processes or physical actions of that person, or maybe affecting the way other people act towards or perceive the person praying. In either case, god's actions would override free will. If god intervenes to cure a disease or heal an injury (apart from amputated limbs, which have never miraculously 'grown back') then god is interfering in physical, biological systems and as such would be providing a potentially measurable influence, although none has ever been proved. The fact is that those who believe in god can pick and choose at what point they believe god has intervened, moving the goalposts as arguments form against them, because they are not answerable to reason, truth, logic or evidence.

I think free speech should limited it situations like when Rush Limbaugh goes on the air and voices his hatred and lies to his cult members. We have a drug addict on the radio calling American citizens traitors and terrorists. There is a reason you can't yell fire in a crowded theater. Rush should be locked up for a lot of reasons.
His lies and hate speech actually affects people and yields victims. I feel this way for people on both the right and left, it's just happens more on the right.

Slander obviously and inciting violence. Saying a certain group of people should be killed or harmed should not be covered by free speech in my opinion.
I do believe in protecting the children by making certain adult forms of free speech, can be music, books Movies but also video games illegal under the age of 18.
Responsible adults in a free society should not be hindered in their civil liberties and freedom of speech to protect children. Sounds like just another excuse to censor to me. Adults do adult things too. Kids have no business there and we should make sure they stay out but outlawing that speech of activities would mean an end to freedom.

If you can identify certain types of speech that are the cause of certain types of behavior that we as a society on the whole feel need to be contained, then it is time to start examining censoring that type of speech. I don't think rules should just be written and applied, but rather these should be dealt with on a case by case basis/

If TyranusX thinks he has much control over what his children are subjected to he's in for a rude awakening when he actually has children!
As to your question, there is no distinct line. The line changes based on age and circumstance.

Move to Mexico SERIOUSLY
I did , they are too poor to waste billions on propaganda to use your children as lab rats to build the perfectly placid mindless Gib that believes the media
Evolution has no facts proved ..ergo it is solely faith based.
DNA does not make you a homosexual or hetrosexual ,teachers and school councilors do.
The mindless teachings of paranoia ,now its global warming
Children are taught they are worthless, dna has preset their fate. Man is a blight on the planet. Why school shootings ,gangs, drug and alcohol abuse . Well if your just an ape with dna telling you who to love ,and your breathing and body heat is killing the planet. You are a loser that is media and public schooling. Move to mexico send your kids to private schools.

I don't draw the line. You protect your children , its not societies problem!
Your children and you have to deal with the way society is , not the other way around. We don't change society because of your kids.

Lies, slander, libel is NOT "free speech."
As far as protecting children - that's the job of the parent.
Guess what? MOST PEOPLE ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO BE PARENTS.
