Undergrad classes after i graduate?

Can I take part time undergraduate classes after I earn my Bachelor's to move me up to 150 credit hours so I can test for a CPA?

Yes. Not every school will let a non-matriculating student take classes, particularly in impacted fields, but you certainly can do that (or you could work toward a masters degree with those extra 30 hours).
