I don't think they're getting any better/possibly worse. What should I do go back to the docs, carry on as usual or rest them?

These two Homeopathic remedies will have you up and about and 100% fit with a few days ARNICA MONTANA and RHUS TOX both in 200 potency three times a day for the next three days, take them on an empty stomach i.e half an hour before meals. After three days if you still feel any pain or discomfort take them once a day till you are 100% better and stop taking them as soon as you are feeling totally better. No side effects or complications of any kind. Best regards and best of health to you my friend.
Take care and God Bless you.

It depends on the exercise. But you might want to lighten your exercise routine until the strain heals. Don't stop altogether: The stiffness that might set in then is far from pleasant.

i would lessen your excercises ,, especially the legs.. but do some warm stretches to keep your legs flexable.. a few days off wont hurt...and when you do start back up do it slowly to get back up to where you were before the strain...
