Imagine how many of us there would be if we didn't. Wow.
But yeah. Why do we have to die? You just start to enjoy things and..........................

The world has a massive population problem in the making over the next 100 years, can you imagine how many of us there would be if nobody was ever to die, it is something that has to happen.

Everything dies eventually. Have you ever studied an enormous tree and wondered how long it has stood ? Some must have seen so many people born,grow and die. It's the way the cycle goes. Human bodies aren't built to live as long as a lot of trees and i, for one, am glad of that. I believe that it's only the body that dies anyway so we do go on ..............

Because after a while we ( our bodies) and often our minds get worn out. Also, if no one had ever died (aaargh) can you imagine how over crowded the world would be? There are countless other reasons, of course. Of course for all WE know "death" is just a human concept. Science tells us that we never totally disappear anyhow; our substance just changes form. We may find out....or will we?

since the fall of Man, Satan has had power over the earth. It is a mercy that people die because after death Satan has no power over them and they can enter the kingdom of heaven. Can you imagine having to spend eternity in a world where evil is the main power?

We are born knowing that someday we will die. I guess our bodies are only designed to last a certain amount of time.

It gives us something to aim for - it's a SMART target - the T is for timebound - if we were never going to die we would never achieve anything

I'm not sure why either only that I lost my son last year and ask the same question all the time. Love to know the answer too.

our bodies breakdown from use and abuse. I think the real question is "why do turtles have to die?" an adult turtle's organs are in the exact same condition as they were when the turtle hatched.
